Hyttfors is an exclusive private residence where I was responsible for the architectural development from planning approval through to detailed design and construction coordination. The project required balancing exceptional architectural quality with buildability, cost optimisation and close collaboration with the client, consultants and contractor throughout the design process.

Key Challenge

The challenge was to preserve the architectural vision while ensuring the project remained economically viable and straightforward to build. Every technical decision had to balance aesthetics, structural efficiency, construction quality and long-term value without compromising the overall concept of the house.

My Contribution

• Led the architectural development from planning permission through to detailed construction documentation.
